The unique Keller Williams culture creates a sense of family and community that is rare in many industries, especially real estate. When you’re at Keller Williams, you’re family. We created a fund named KW Cares to help agents in need in the event of an unforeseen emergency. The monies from this fund have been made available to agents who were victims of floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, health issues and other tragic circumstances. Our culture is so impressive; it has caught the attention of many, including researchers at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. In April, 2015, they published a report in their Closer Look series on the importance of culture at Keller Williams. It marked the third time that the prestigious business school has studied Keller Williams.
The open book policy at Keller Williams allows each agent to see the finances of the company and where each dollar is spent. This transparency creates true teamwork among agents to work together for a common cause of helping everyone grow and supporting their Market Center to be profitable. Qualifying agents are rewarded each month by sharing in the profits of the Market Center.
